Walton Casuals are delighted to announce the launch of two Ladies teams for the 2018–19 season.
The Stags currently have a men’s senior team competing in the Bostik South Division, the eighth tier of the football pyramid, and 36 junior teams ranging from Under-6 to Under-18.
An Under-21s side has also been set up ahead of the 2018-19 campaign and played their first match in February.
Walton Casuals already have eight girls teams in the juniors section, and will now welcome a first team and a reserve team to play at the Elmbridge Xcel Sports Hub.
The first team will start life in the Greater London Women’s Football League, the sixth tier of the football pyramid. They will play against the development squads of AFC Wimbledon, Queens Park Rangers and Tottenham Hotspur.
The Reserves will feature in the Greater London Women’s Football League Division One, the seventh tier of the football pyramid. Brentford Women and Luton Town Development both competed in the league this season.
Walton Casuals will be hosting trials in the summer at the Elmbridge Xcel Sports Hub, with details to be confirmed soon.
